We are a husband and wife team who are excited to help you succeed. Our performance training is for EVERYONE, not just those who run long distances or consider themselves elite. If you have a body and a brain, you can improve your fitness. Period.
Whether you want to increase your speed and/or endurance, become a more efficient athlete, keep your motivation in check or increase your confidence, run your local Couch to 5k or qualify for the Boston marathon, we are dedicated to helping you achieve all of these goals. We offer personalized online training plans to runners of all ages and levels.

- A Prospective Athlete Questionnaire
- Phone, Skype, or In-Person Initial Consultation based on your needs
- Month-by-month training plans
- Tips/Guidance on recovery, nutrition, injury prevention/working through injury
