We are excited to host the Memphis Youth Athletics (MYA) XC Post-Season Program! The program gives local runners a chance to train together as they prepare for the Memphis Fall Track Classic on November 14th. This 4-week program will include 2 to 3 training sessions per week (~60 minutes) at the University of Memphis Campus Track or Shelby Farms. See program schedules below for more details.
Dates:
Tuesday October 20th to Saturday November 14th
Locations:
University of Memphis Campus Track (here)* and Shelby Farms Park (Mullins Station Road, here)
*Park in Zach Curlin Garage ($) or in a street lot on East side of Zach Curlin Avenue.
Cost:
$120 per runner (limited to 40 runners per category)
*Includes registration fee for Memphis Fall Track Classic.

Liability Waiver:
Please fill out this liability waiver and bring it to the first practice on October 20th.
Coaches:
Megan Ryan: Megan ran in college for the University of Memphis and obtained her masters degree in Exercise Science from U of Memphis. Megan has coached at the High School level and is currently studying Physical Therapy at South College in Knoxville.
Max Paquette: Max is a professor of Exercise Science at the University of Memphis and co-owner of Elite Sports Performance, LLC with this wife, Lauren.
COVID-19:
Please make sure your child brings a face mask with them. While running we will not have them wear the masks and will enforce social distancing as much as possible. If your child is sick or has symptoms, please do not bring them out to practice.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Practices will be cancelled if there is lightning/thunder. In the case of heavy rainfall, we will notice parents as soon as possible if a practice needs to be cancelled.
