Adult Run Coaching
All of our running programs are highly individualized training programs for runners at all experience levels. Whether you are a beginner athlete looking to complete a couch-to-5k, are ready for a new level of training, or training with specific high-performance goals in mind, our programs aim to go above and beyond to help you reach your training goals. We maintain a focus on consistency and natural progression, and prepare for specific races ranging from 800m, 5k and all the way to ultra-marathons and everything in between.
Coaching for developing or advanced high school runners including year-round, or summer training. Includes weekly training program and 2-3 meetings per month. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your specific coaching/training needs.
Strength Training For Runners
This service provides strength training programs specifically designed for distance runners with a focus on optimizing running performance/efficiency and reducing injury risks. Specific programs and one-on-one sessions available.
Consulting fee varies
Training consulting services for middle school, high school, college, and private coaches. These services included guidance on training periodization and progression, incorporation of different training components (e.g., strength training, drills), and return-to-running programs following injuries.
