We offer personalized online training plans to runners of all ages and levels.

Who We Are
Lauren is professional distance runner and 3-time Olympic Trials Qualifier based in Memphis, TN. I ran collegiate track for Baylor University after graduating as a multiple state champion out of Arkansas. I have coached at the junior high, high school, and post-collegiate and recreational level, and spent some time coaching myself as well. I received a masters from the University of Tennessee in Sport Psychology and Advanced Coaching and have been consulting with athletes in the Memphis area toward making mental performance gains since 2014. I travel the globe to compete in professional track and road-racing events

Max is a coach and sports biomechanist and Associate Professor in Exercise, Sports and Movement Sciences at U of Memphis. He has been coaching runners of all levels (from 400m to the marathon) since 2006 and consults with high school, collegiate and professional track and field athletes and their coaches to optimize performance through coaching and injury prevention. He competed as a collegiate athlete in cross country and track (Ontario, Canada). In 2008, he was a Canadian Olympic Trials finalist in the 3000m steeplechase.
