Who We Are

Lauren is professional distance runner and 3-time Olympic Trials Qualifier based in Memphis, TN. I ran collegiate track for Baylor University after graduating as a multiple state champion out of Arkansas. I have coached at the junior high, high school, and post-collegiate and recreational level, and spent some time coaching myself as well. I received a masters from the University of Tennessee in Sport Psychology and Advanced Coaching and have been consulting with athletes in the Memphis area toward making mental performance gains since 2014. I travel the globe to compete in professional track and road-racing events
